ABOUT DR. GAITAWE-JOHNSON
I am double board certified in both Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine, completed my Adult Psychiatry residency at the University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School (formerly Austin Medical Education Program), and fellowship training at Augusta University (formerly Medical College of Georgia). I have had the opportunity to work with patients in various clinical settings and from diverse ethnic backgrounds. I specialize in treating mental disorders that affect children and adolescents including: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and autism. To me, nothing matters more than improving one’s social, mental, and physical well-being, which is why I find it a privilege to help others.
